"WHAT OUR STUDENTS TELL US"

ASHI requires its Training Centers and Instructors to give each and every student the opportunity to evaluate their program, and their Instructor, in writing, by means of its "Rate Your Program" evaluation form.  The student can submit the form at his or her own convenience, and can do so to either the Instructor, the Training Center Director, or directly to ASHI, by mail, by fax, or online through the ASHI website at www.ashinstitute.orgSince ASHI allows its students to submit these evaluations in total confidentiality, we can not release the names of the students who submitted these evaluations.  We can, however, note where the courses were conducted, and with that, here is what our students tell us:

"Triple-A."  Dade City, FL

"I hope I never have to do CPR, but now I know I can."  Dade City, FL

"Excellent instructor."  New Port Richey, FL

FORM QUESTION:  Would you recommend this course to others?  ANSWER;  "As long as Paul is teaching the course."  Tarpon Springs, FL

"First CPR course I've ever enjoyed taking."  New Port Richey, FL

Every "Rate Your Program" evaluation form, as well as all written examinations, skill evaluation sheets (required for professional-level programs), and course rosters are kept on file at either the office of the Training Center Director or at the ASHI National Office in Holiday, Florida, for a period of 3 years from the date of the course, and are subject to review and audit by ASHI's Regional Instructor Trainers.

Complaints are also vigorously investigated, by either these Regional Instructor Trainers or the members of ASHI's many Program Advisory Committes and its Regulatory Services Committee.  ASHI also produces and enforces its policies governing its Training Center operations through a written Training Center Administrative Manual, which every ASHI Instructor is obligated to follow.  Serious or repeated violations of ASHI policies or regulations can result in the suspension or revocation of membership privileges.
